Not beauty as something decorative or superficial, but beauty as a way of living. The beauty of a thoughtfully set table. The beauty of a child who knows how to greet someone with warmth and confidence. The beauty of a piece of music that reaches a person in a hospital bed and reminds them they are not alone. The beauty of a home that makes someone feel they have truly arrived. The beauty of Purpose and Grace.
I was born in Peru, raised between Washington D.C. , Houston and Peru in a world of classical music, architecture, and the arts, then moved to LA and after over 20 years I moved to Miami where I am currently based as an entrepreneur, certified etiquette expert, luxury real estate broker, functional interior designer, and philanthropist. I hold a Master's degree in International Protocol and Etiquette. As the creator of Etiquette with Babet and as a former television etiquette educator on FX, I have dedicated my life to teaching confidence, kindness, and graceful leadership to children, professionals, and communities worldwide.
I am also the founder of Healing with Art and Music (HWAM), a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to creating a community of charities healing and improving lives through the transformative power of the arts.
